Hi readers! How've you been? I didn't get around to posting an update last month, but I did send out a newsletter and do a couple book promos, so maybe that makes up for it ;-). I know your summer--like mine--has probably flown by. The kids are already back in school and we are one month closer to 2020. 
I hope you had a nice, fun, relaxing Independence Day. I did and I held my talk at the library on the 13th. It went smoothly and was good to have a voice in my local venue--albeit it be a small one.

So, I have some exciting news to share with you (drum roll please) I recently sent Book 4: Stars over Abundance (Buck and Vivian's story) out to beta readers and I gotta say I am loving the feedback I'm getting. I will be doing some edits on it in the coming months and getting the cover sent off to my designer. But I'm aiming for a December release. I'll be sure to share the cover well before then ;-) But, we'll see how it all goes. Right now, I'm not rushing because I do work a full time job, send out a monthly newsletter, manage all these social media sites, blog, and review too--among write, take care of hubby and myself and a large house, try and maintain some semblance of a social life and so forth...

In the mean time... I'm currently working on book 4 and 5 of the Abundance series with no set plans for release dates as of yet. Right now I'm just focused on enjoying my summer, catching up on my TBR list of fellow indie author books, and preparing for my upcoming events.

I just released the cover for book 3 today! I'm ecstatic from all the stellar feedback I've received from it. My cover designer, Olivia, did a wonderful job. I couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out! Escape from Abundance will premiere on June 8th! Stay tuned for the pre-order links in the coming weeks.

This month marks a much needed vacation for me. I will be unplugged for an entire week and I can't wait, not that I don't love what I do, but I'm looking forward to my own escape from my busy, crazy life! LOL! 

May is going to be a busy month getting Escape ready for its debut along with several graduations. But Summer looks promising with the release of book 3, a steamy southern book promo coming next month, and a book signing/talk at my local library in July.

- I have an upcoming blog appearance on The Aspiring Author Blog. There will be a review for my book, a giveaway for a free digital copy and a guest post- an article I wrote about the importance of networking as an indie author. 
- My permafree book/book magnet, the prequel to Abundance, Starlight Valley, will be available on Saturday, March 9th. If you have subscribed to my newsletter, you'll get the FREE ebook sent directly to your inbox that day. Go back in time, in this short novella, to Corrine and David's story, long before Natalie met Jack and Starlight Valley Stables was originally founded. 

- I have an upcoming indie author interview with fellow indie author, Nicole Rodrigues- author of the Double Play Series, a sizzling sports romance series, on Tuesday, March 5th. I just did a blog post review of the latest book in the series, Going, Going, Goner. I absolutely LOVED it!

I'm currently reading Nameless by Marni MacRae, and I have three more books I plan to read this month- Curveball by Nicole Rodrigues, A Secret Place of Thunder by Patricia D. Adams and the highly anticipated sequel to Hunted in the Valley, Secrets in the Valley, by C.R. Pugh. It's a great time for some hot new reads!

I've finished the prequel to Abundance. It will be titled Starlight Valley, and I'm in the process of getting the cover designed. I will keep you posted on the release date and where to look for it. Book 3 is being editing too, and I'm looking to release it in the summer.
